Nurse-led, always

Every IV is started, monitored, and removed by a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse — never a technician or unlicensed staff member.

Medical screening first

Before your first infusion, we review your health history and current medications so your drip is actually appropriate for you.

Sterile, single-use supplies

All IV kits, needles, and tubing are single-use and opened in front of you. Nothing is reused between clients.

Monitored the whole time

Your nurse stays with you for the full infusion and checks in afterward — this isn't a drop-and-go service.

Questions

Good to know before you book.

Who actually administers the IV?

A Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse, on every visit. Nobody on our team starts an IV without an active nursing licence.

Do I need to see a doctor first?

For most standard drips, no — your nurse completes a health history screening before your first infusion. NAD+ and a few add-ons require an additional screening step, noted on the menu.

How long does a visit take?

Most drips run 30–45 minutes once the line is started, plus about 10 minutes for setup and screening. NAD+ sessions run longer.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside that window may be subject to a callout fee.

Is this covered by insurance?

Some extended health plans cover services delivered by an RN or RPN. We can provide a receipt with licensure details for you to submit.
